Garage doors don’t usually come off track by themselves. Some of the reasons that they do are, something is obstructing the door when it is opening/closing, they have weak springs, or that the door got hit (run into or backed into)

Different manufacturers have different designs and different models within those.  In order to replace a section we first need to establish who made the door and the model number, then we need to find out if it is available (some manufacturer’s have discontinued models and some manufacturers are no longer in business).

When you have a broken spring quite often you will find that the cables will become unwound too. They are usually not broken as they are a steel cable (unless they get cut) As part of the spring repair the cables are wound back on the drum.  If it is necessary to replace the cables we can take care of that.
