When they first moved to McKinney, Steve started working for a large garage door company. Unfortunately, their work ethic and business practices did not sit well with him. They were not concerned with the customer or the standard of service provided. It was “all about the money.” Steve was not comfortable with this. He didn’t want to charge ridiculous prices for the service he was providing or try to upsell customers on things they didn’t need. 

The best solution for them was to go into business for themselves, so they started Fast Fix Garage Door, a garage door and garage door opener repair, replacement, and installation service company. Steve could finally sleep at night, knowing that he was looking after his customers the way they should be. Treating people the way they should be and not having them feel like they’ve been ripped off. Provide customers with excellent service at a reasonable price.
