Nothing but the best!  Showed up promptly (would have come same day if I had time).  Fixed even more promptly (assessed the issue, had the part with them, executed the repair in no time!).
Love that this is a local, small, family owned business who brings integrity and care to their customers.  They showed up and fixed my issue at a fair price.  They gave me advice on what to look for and what might possibly fail next.  They also did a few additional things to help prolong the life of the door – without me requesting, and without ‘up charging’ for it.  GREAT SERVICE.  I don’t wish garage repairs on anyone, but I am excited to know I have a trusted vendor for when it inevitably does happen!

Doozy of the Monday’s began when I rammed into the garage door to race to school drop off. I called Fast Fix Garage Door at 7:30 on the drive to school, and they came by 10 and had it fixed up and ready to go. I was very impressed with Steve’s handy work. He made a pit stop to check the damage and insure it was set safely and returned later with the supplies (our door is outdated) he needed to finish the job. Steve and his lovely wife were great to work with. Our garage installer went out of business and Steve came out on a Saturday to replace the springs.  A week later we needed a small follow up to fix a few more things and Steve was out within a few hours and didn’t charge us for coming back. My garage door was kind of loud, and I’m an “ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” kinda girl, so I called Fast Fix Garage Door to come out for a maintenance appointment. Jamie arrived on time. He checked, oiled, and tightened everything and did indeed make my door quieter. We also discussed the age of the door springs. Considering the age, I decided the next day to schedule a follow-up appointment for him to come back and replace them. That “ounce of prevention” thing again… Better to be safe than sorry! Pauline was quick to answer emails, and scheduling appointments were easy. Highly recommend!
